We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Barback to join our team! If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes, this could be a great fit.

This is a great entry-level position for high school students ages 16 and older who are looking to gain experience in customer service, teamwork, and the fast-paced coffee shop environment.

Responsibilities include taking customer orders at the register, providing excellent customer service, supporting baristas during busy rushes, stocking and organizing bar supplies, restocking inventory, washing dishes, and helping maintain a clean and welcoming café environment. This role is essential to keeping the shop running efficiently and ensuring our team has everything they need to serve great coffee.
