Flavor Notes: Clover honey sweetness, rich nuttiness, and sweet brown spices

This nutty and sweet coffee is processed in the Black Honey style for which Costa Rica is famous. That means the mucilage is left on the coffee seed, and turned only once per day as it dries, resulting in complex aromas and textures and a foxy appearance.
These delicious beans come from a microlot of Caturra and Villa Sarchi varieties from producers Jhonnathan Camacho and Finca Llano Bonito. Drink it all day, and then chill and serve a cocktail at night (or noon, your choice).
